Privacy Policy
Mindplaymatrix Media S.A.S. (CUIT 30-71682490-4), with registered office at Av. Corrientes 1543, Floor 6, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, is the controller of the personal data collected through mindplaymatrix.com.
1. Data we collect
We collect data you voluntarily provide when subscribing to the newsletter (name and email address) and technical data generated by your browser (masked IP address, device type, language, pages visited) for analytical and security purposes.
2. Purpose of processing
We use your data to send the editorial newsletter, respond to inquiries, measure site audience, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations in force in the Argentine Republic, in particular Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and AAIP Resolution 4/2019.
3. Legal basis
We process your data based on your express consent (article 5 Law 25,326), the fulfillment of legal obligations and the publisher's legitimate interest in maintaining the security and quality of the service.
4. Retention
We keep subscription data for the duration of your subscription and for up to 24 additional months after unsubscription, unless a different period is required by law. Analytical logs are kept in aggregated form for 14 months.
5. Recipients and transfers
We share data only with providers acting as data processors under contract (email delivery, hosting, analytics). We do not sell personal data. International transfers are made to countries with an adequate level of protection or under standard contractual clauses approved by the AAIP.
6. Data subject rights
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, update and deletion (ARCO rights) by writing to privacidad@mindplaymatrix.com. The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) is the supervisory authority in Argentina.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, encrypted backups and role-based access control, to protect the information.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or editorial changes. We will always publish the date of the last update at the top of this document.
